about my training
I have been practicing Yoga for 13 years and I have been sharing the teachings with students for 6 years.
After practicing in various schools in Buenos Aires for 6 years, I decided to start deepening my training in Yoga.
This is how in 2014 I trained with Lorraine Taylor at The Yoga Barn, in Bali, with the course "Sacred Journeys Towards Yoga". Lorraine introduced me to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and studies of Kundalini Tantra Yoga and the chakras. He also introduced me to Bhakti Yoga and the Sacred Feminine. I studied Yin Yoga with Tina Nance in Bali.
In 2015 I did the first level course of Agama Yoga, Kundalini Tantra Yoga school, in Thailand.
In 2015 I studied Yoga therapy with Gastón Mori and the osteopath Martin Gallego in Buenos Aires.
In 2015 I co-created the Yoga & Sound project with Juan Pablo Barone Gea, with whom we did workshops and 12 retreats, taking groups on trips in nature and giving them tools to connect with their spiritual world. Juan Pablo Barone Gea introduced me to the practices of Sacred Sound, and since then I have accompanied his healing project with ethnic instruments called "Sanamúsica".
In 2016 I completed the Level I Teacher Training with Fernando Calviño and Alexa Traugott, in which we practice the Iyengar style in asanas and delve into the teachings of Satyananda Yoga, following the program of the Bihar School of Yoga in India in the study of various subtle energy expansion practices, such as pranayamas, mantras, Yoga Nidra, mudras, visualizations.
In the same year I completed the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga instructor course with Alejandro Chiarella.
In 2017 and 2019 I attended to full seasons of satsangs in Rishikesh and to the International Yoga Festival in India. In 2017 I took my first harmonium and mantra chanting classes with Neeti from Devi Music Ashram, in Rishikesh. Since then I share Kirtans and Bhajans in different meetings.
In 2018 I traveled to England to do a specialization course with Lorraine Taylor on Bhakti Yoga and Jnana Yoga.
In 2018 I continued the practice of Ashtanga Yoga with Sharmila Desai, with whom I practiced the last two seasons in Goa, India.
Between 2014 and 2020 I traveled every year to India, to visit Ashrams, sit in satsangs with different spiritual teachers, study with as many international teachers as possible and attend spiritual festivals.
In 2020 I completed the Level II Teacher Training at the Siddhi Yoga school of Fernando Calviño and Alexa Traugott, based on the study of subtle bodies. We delve into the study of chakra sadhana, pranayamas, bandhas, kriyas, Yoga Nidra, etc. following the tradition of Kundalini Tantra Yoga. I also took the Tibetan Yoga course, Tsa Lung, the warrior syllables.
My priority has always been my own practice and spiritual search, and it is from that place of my own experience that I share with others, seeking to be faithful to the roots of Yoga.
