We are passionate about sharing the paths that transformed our lives: the wisdom we absorbed through our travels in the Himalayas, the Andes and the Amazon. For the past 4 years we have been leading people to retreats to celebrate life in nature and in community, to sing and dance, to connect with the spirits of the Earth and with our true essence.

Our mission is to expand self-knowledge and transformational tools. Through remembering who we are, asking ourselves why we are in this world and how we can be of service to others, re-learn to admire the beauty of all things, understand the cycles of life and return to nature. To remember our true nature, that of harmony, presence and happiness, we are accompanied by the practices of asana, pranayama, meditation, mantras, bhajans, kirtan and the sound of ancient and traditional ethnic instruments and songs, and medicine music, as a vibrational therapy to expand consciousness and connect to Mother Earth and the Great Spirit.

He studied classical, popular and ethnic music for more than 20 years, investigating the relationship between sound, art and healing.

He began on the spiritual path with the guidance of Amazonian and Andean shamanic teachers, transpersonal psychology, Vipassana meditation and self-inquiry. He is passionate about sharing self-knowledge tools through art and deep meditative practices.

"Spirituality lives in all things, every experience, every day of our lives is an opportunity to reach our essence. Music, sound and the arts are doors that take us there."

Sabina is a Yoga Instructor, interpreter and composer of devotional music and medical music, writer of texts and stories that inspire living a life close to spirituality.

For the past 5 years, she travels to India every year to study with various spiritual masters, absorbing the wisdom of the East and recounts her  "outward and inward" journeys on her blog enlazonamagica.com.

Sabina appreciates the inspiration of her excellent teachers, of whom she has synthesized practices of self-knowledge through Yoga, with dynamic practices of asana, chanting of mantras, sound, pranayama, meditation, concentration and devotional practices. His main styles of teaching asanas are Vinyasa Yoga and Hatha Yoga. In each session the self-inquiry is present, following the indications of the Advaita-Vedanta philosophy.

With the mission of helping people find freedom through remembering their true essence, Sabina uses the chanting of sacred mantras and traditional shamanic medicine music, to explore liberation through the singing voice.
